Justin Azbill

Known as a Thought / Servant leader - he has created a reputation of success by leveraging a collaborative leadership style which has helped him achieve consistent industry-leading results and build successful partnerships that continue to impact the construction industry. Mr. Azbill has advocated for Trade Professional Health and Wellness through a "Do What's Right" leadership style zeroing in on the importance of having simple conversations.

Josh Rizzo

An energetic leader who believes in bringing people together, building teams, and building culture. He believes all teams thrive with diversity and rest upon three equal pillars: preparation, communication, and fun. He has built a solid presence in the industry with his Heart-Centered Leadership workshop and Peer Group advocacy.

Entrepreneur, writer, and former construction Superintendent specializing in high-tech manufacturing. Workforce mental and whole-person health advocate and Founder of Project Built, Chairman of Construction Suicide Prevention Week, and Chair of the Arizona Workplace Wellness Committee.
